The UK is packed with festive fun, from Winter warmers at Christmas markets to boujee parties where you can dance the night away. And that’s before we even think about NYE! Take a peek at our roundup of our fave activities and get involved this Christmas…
Christmas markets
Christmas markets are the ultimate sign that Xmas is here.
The Frankfurt Christmas Market in Birmingham is a personal fave, as the largest authentic German Christmas market outside of Germany or Austria. Soak up the Christmassy atmosphere and whilst you’re visiting, treat yourself to a German bratwurst and a glass (or two) of mulled wine.
If you really wanna get in the Christmas spirit, head to London to the Southbank Winter Market where you’ll find wooden chalets offering street food galore and traditional Winter warmers.
Winter Wonderlands
The end of November saw the return of the famous Winter Wonderland to Hyde Park. A dreamy date destination or the perfect place to hang out with your mates, if you haven’t been yet we 10/10 recommend. From a comedy club in the MegaDome and karaoke, to ice skating and live music around a fire pit, this is the festive hub of London.

Or why not explore the Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland? Follow the Christmas tree trail and enjoy a festive tipple at the Alpine Lodge Bar.
Nottingham Winter Wonderland is also packed full of festive fun. With a helter skelter bar, an ice rink and entertainment, don’t miss out this Christmas!

Christmas partying and drinks
With Christmas comes parties, and lots of them, and we’re living for it!
Pergola Olympia has transformed its rooftop bar into a vibey Winter hideout, with sparkly fairy lights, festive cocktails and a new seasonal menu. Take in the views of the London skyline and celebrate the end of 2019 with friends.

The Ice Bar is another Christmas fave. Enjoy your tipple of choice at -5°C; this really is London’s coolest bar! Or if you’re really looking to splash the cash, book a table at Mews of Mayfair and indulge in good food at their brassiere, followed by a cocktail in one of their trendy cocktail bars.
Our final recommendation is the return of Coppa Club’s igloos along the Thames. Cosy up under fluffy blankets and soak up the riverside views at one of London’s most Instagrammable festive hotspots.
