Hand Luggage Struggles? Fūl Backpacks Fit The Bill

 

Finding the right hand luggage is a lot more challenging than looking for a suitcase. Once you check in your suitcase you don't see it again. But your hand luggage will be opened and closed at least 8 times within an hour! We all have different requirements when looking for that perfect travel companion. So, I asked the UKK crew here in the office what everyone’s bag requirements were, and this is what we came up with:

• Comfortable – "If not I’ll get annoyed carrying it!"
• Accessibility – "I need to able to access my passport, wallet etc. quickly."
• Robust – "I don't want it to break in the departure lounge."
• Stylish – "Because no one wants to carry an ugly bag!"
• Spacious – "I need it to easily fit all of my essentials, without it being too bulky!"

During my search, I came across the brand Fūl (pronounced fuel), who specialise in bags, backpacks and travel gear. Fūl was founded by Justin Timberlake 😮. It had Justin’s name attached to it so we just had to product test it!

Whether you are off on holiday or it's a weekend break away you don't need to overpack your hand luggage, all you need are the essentials! However, it's important to pack the right essentials as worse case scenario, the airline messes up and leaves your suitcase behind, you can still get on and enjoy yourself until it turns up!

This Fūl backpack has a LOT of different pockets, that also vary in size! We all know how annoying it can be packing away your phone charger, and then it takes you more than 5 minutes to find it again. The side pockets fitted in a 500ml water bottle with ease, but what I really loved most about the pockets was the headphone port feature! This means that you can change the music on your iPod/ MP3 player using the headphone controls, keeping your hands free for all the other things.

The hidden laptop compartment was also very useful, as you didn't have to worry about your other items rubbing against it and potentially get scratched. The great cushioned back panels also meant it was comfortable to carry. So all in all I think the Fūl backpack surpassed our requirements and so now we know what we will be taking with us on our next getaway!
