Explore the pop-ups
London is an amazing city with plenty on offer all year round. A quirky aspect of the city is the variety of shops, restaurants and bars dotted around. Pop-ups add to this even more, giving independent businesses a chance to shine for a limited time. If you are interested (we defo are), check out Box Park Shoreditch – a large pop-up space with a variety of businesses coming in and out for you to experience with your mates.
There are also smaller shops all around the city. Big brands like Rekorderlig and Pimms tend to create cosy pop up bars on London’s Southbank.

Be a prisoner for the day
London has a whole host of unique experience bars. The latest craze is the Alcotraz Prison Cocktail Bar inspired by America’s most infamous prison. With locations in Shoreditch and Covent Garden, you will be put in your booked cell and fully kitted out in orange overalls; think Orange is the New Black vibes. This may seem like a weird concept to some but it makes for a great night out and you’ll be sure to get a quirky Insta pic out of it.
